Meet Madeline (below).

Madeline came to me because she struggled with consistency. She worked out and ate healthy, but would also skip workouts and/or overindulge on the mealfront.

Her goal was to tighten up. She didn’t necessarily care about the scale, but she wanted to feel leaner, stronger, and also wanted to be more consistent with her diet and exercise regimens.

Together, we completely changed her body shape using my Body Recomposition Method and overall body fat reduction. Her results speak for themselves!

April wanted to convert some body fat to lean muscle mass, and acknowledged that her eating habits had gotten “a little out of control” throughout quarantine. That’s where I came in.

Rand was an avid gym-goer, and lifted HEAVY. But he was still holding on to a lot of extra body fat. That’s where I came in.

I helped Rand with his nutrition, meal prepping and grocery shopping, and placed him on a customized nutrition plan to help him lose 28 inches and 18 pounds… and he’s still going!

“Before I met Peri, I had hired a few nutritionists who talked to me about food but the information never connected. The nutritionists said that eating 7-10 servings of fruits and veggies daily is your goal. Or you need to be eating 2800 calories a day because you are a big guy. The problem was that these tips lacked detail. It is ok to eat fruits and veggies, but if it causes me to eat 4 to 500 grams of carbs in a day, there is a problem. I did not realize how many carbs I get from fruit. I accepted general advice about what to eat for far too long, but I never looked at a carbohydrate daily intake, fat daily intake, and a protein daily intake in terms of grams. The second someone talks about "counting macros," it's easy to shut down and assume that is for bodybuilders and people doing fitness competitions. In reality, counting macros is a set of tools that can control how we look, feel and eat.

This is for everyone who knows they need to make changes from that perspective. One of my favorite things to do now is log on and type Macro-friendly meals into my browser. I get to cook all kinds of fun meals that fit my daily plan. Remember it's one meal at a time, one day at a time, one week to one month, and so on. This client came to me after 2020 (COVID/lockdown year) with some extra weight gain and general body fat that she wanted to decrease. She had been working out 4-5 days a week, but still wasn’t seeing any weight loss. That’s where I came in.

Together, we fine-tuned her nutrition, tweaked her workout schedule, gave her new chops in the kitchen (even virtually/long-distance!), and worked on her mindset through Interactive Journal Therapy.

Together as a team, she lost 15 pounds and 15.5 inches in just 18 weeks… and she’s still going, baby!

We completely changed her diet (we had her eating MORE!), introduced strength training, and reduced her cardio. In the process, she gained strength, lost body fat, increased her resting metabolic rate, and gained a whole lot more!

MEET COLLEEN (below).

She and her husband reached out in Spring 2020 looking to fine-tune their nutrition and workout regimens. They were already “healthy” — eating mostly whole foods and working out consistently - but they still weren’t seeing the results they deserved.

In the middle of quarantine, they smashed their goals as a team, and Colleen lost nearly 14 centimeters of fat (5.3 inches total) and 6 pounds of fat. Not only that, she completely changed her body shape and confidence through Meals, Movement, and Mindset exercises.

With a heart transplant and muscle dystrophy, you could say Alex was dealt a more challenging hand going into this. But, I (and he) am always up for a challenge!

Alex wanted to lose body fat and increase muscle mass. He didn’t want to go down the poor health path he’s seen so many other relatives take, and wanted to ensure that HIS personal health and wellness journey got back on track before he too made that same way towards an unhealthy lifestyle - ESPECIALLY during quarantine.

Meet Lou (below).

Lou was looking to lose body fat and gain lean muscle mass. He wanted to increase muscle mass in the upper body/arm area, and lose body fat surrounding the belly.

Lou finished his 6 weeks working with me, then continued on his own for another 7 weeks before taking his “after photos.” Not only did he lose 3.1% body fat, but he was also able to maintain and surpass his goals ON HIS OWN after the program ended, which is ALWAYS my goal — My programs are ALWAYS grounded in education so you all can “fly the nest” without me by your side.
