  • Meals: We teach realistic, balanced nutrition strategies that support fat loss, energy, hormones, gut health, and real life… all without extremes or cutting food groups. 

  • Movement: We design strategic strength training and movement programs to build lean muscle, shed fat, improve body composition, and boost confidence both in and out of the gym (or at-home gym).

  • Mindset: We help clients build consistency, discipline, and self-trust so they stop starting over and finally become the version of themselves they’ve been chasing for years.

ABOUT PERI

Peri is a weight loss and body transformation coach and trainer, certified in personal training, nutrition coaching, and yoga/fitness, and is known for her no-BS, science-backed, sustainable approach to natural fat loss, body recomposition, and long-term transformation.

After struggling for over a decade in her 20s to lose weight, shed body fat, and get toned (despite eating “healthy” and working out consistently), and navigating a challenging season in her mid-30s that included weight gain, surgery, and health issues… she completely transformed her approach, her body, and her health. 

Now at 38, she has lost 40 pounds naturally, built 6-pack abs, got down to her high school weight, lost 3 cup sizes in her bra (naturally) and achieved the strongest, leanest, most confident version of herself to date.
